Manufacturing Process

          Our state-of-the-art Tape Extrusion Lines enable the production of PP/HDPE tapes for applications like woven/knitted bags, jumbo bags (FIBCs), carpet backing, tarpaulins, ropes, and more.
We employ an advanced dual-stage stretching process, pre-stretching tapes before passing them through a hot air oven for final stretching. This process enhances efficiency, stability, and the overall quality of the tapes.

          We use high-quality granules and masterbatch as primary materials, processed with precise temperature control and calculations to ensure optimal results.
